This software program has to be the most revolutionary and innovative software developed. We certainly had doubts that our existing filing cabinets would not be needed in the future, but believe it or not, our old archives, and account files have been reduced from 5 four-draw cabinets to 2 cd disks but more importantly, safely stored in our computer system and available at the touch of a button with very little use of memory.

We can now click on a reference number in our Accounts package (Quicken) and automatically see the invoice that we are paying. We are only just starting to realise the software’s potential, and look forward to using “Info-Organiser” with our Sales files. Being able to email our brochures and contract documents directly from this so are will only benefit our sales team.

It does however have one drawback — it won’t make the coffee

I would just like to take this opportunity to recommend the Info-Organiser electronic filing system to you.

As an education facility, we are required by the Government, to maintain an archive of all student records for 7 years. In the past this has created a lot of storage and space problems. We implemented the Office Organiser system approximately 6 months ago solely for the purpose of archiving photocopies of student assessments. The system of photocopying and filing assessments was both time consuming and costly. Office Organiser greatly reduced the dual burden of time and money.

We recently installed the upgraded version, Info-Organiser, and we are so impressed with the new innovations that we are beginning the process of converting all our paper filing onto the system.

Info-Organiser is very user friendly, (we were able to complete the upgrade via email) with easy to recognise tool bars (no extra training was required to “show us around”), quick data entry and has greatly improved efficiency in our administration area.

Historymakers of Today Training Centre has a commitment to providing excellent service for our students using the most up to date technology and we believe that Info-Organiser is helping us to achieve this. No longer is there a danger of missing paper work, our staff can access files from their own computer without doing the “paper chase”.
